The cowboys herd the heifers to the cow pens for branding. |

Once at the pens the heifers are separated from the rest of the herd. |
|
 |
|
With the heifers out, the rest of the herd is sent back to pasture. |
|
 |

A rare accident occurs when one of the cows falls off the bridge into the canal. |
|
 |
 |
The cowboys move quickly and get a rope on her to pull her out but she is able to climb out on her own. |
|
 |
 |
Now the problem is immobilizing her temporarily to get the rope off her that has become caught around her horns. Sam grabs her by the tail in an attempt to push her over onto her side. Go to page two of three > > > |
